Working with Diane Daulerio and the entire CJ & Beth Stein team made the whole process of being a first time homebuyer infinitely easier. Buying in the middle of a pandemic and a housing shortage was daunting, but Diane never let it slow the process down. She was always available for extended phone calls with my concerned parents and responded quickly to my daily questions! Throughout this process, several events occurred that were out of Diane's hands, and had never been seen before by this realtor's office (all things related to sellers/listing agents) that my office had no control over. The CJ & Beth Stein team always quickly bounced back from each setback and came up with a new plan of attack. Erica Wright was always on top of all of the deadlines and kept everyone in the loop and moving. I especially appreciated her help with making phone calls/scheduling tasks because I am a special education teacher and have very limited time to make phone calls/send emails during usual business hours. I am now a first time homeowner of a house I not only love, but can also afford comfortably! I will definitely be using this team again when it comes time to sell this house.

We are excited to write the review for Beth and CJ Stein Team because of all the support/guidance we received throughout the process from searching a house till the settlement and would love to continue this relationship.
1. Like everyone, we had certain requirements cleared for the house we wanted and some confusion along with tons of questions as a 'first time buyer', CJ heard us with all the sincerity and never tried to manipulate our need just to close the deal. He spent a good (really good) amount of time with each house we saw and discussed all the pros and cons from all the perspectives. We were cleared every time we gave an offer to any house or skipped with a good reason. In short - The kind of confidence you get from this team is remarkable.
2. CJ has great knowledge about the house. Be it house maintenance, type of material used, equipment's life and a lot of stuff. With his enriched knowledge you can never go wrong with the house.
3. Erica from CJ team is another gem we found during the hefty process of closing the deal. She is super organized, extremely helpful and so resourceful that our whole process was smooth, clear and timely.
4. They guide you beyond their boundaries; They helped us with so many other miscellaneous stuff with the same enthusiasm that definitely was not their part of Job. Like finding a cleaner, handyman etc.
5. They are professional with super friendly charm. Their positive energy is extremely contagious, you feel every time you meet them.

They bring a level of professionalism, support, expertise, hard work, enthusiasm and can- do attitude to the task. Our home was 25 years old and they advised us to do some renovations before listing, as well as home-staging. Both were exactly what we needed, and our home was ready to be seen when it hit the market, and sold quickly. Communications and follow up were excellent throughout the process. Anytime we had a question, all we had to do was send a message and we had an answer almost immediately. I can't recommend Stein Realty more. If you have a home to sell this is the group to turn to.

I cannot believe I have neglected to provide a review for Beth & CJ Stein. I feel badly about that. They sold my house back in 2017 after the prior realtor had tried to sell it for something like 6 months. After getting it staged (by Upstage Design Services), the house sold in one week after the first open house. We also engaged with Beth & CJ to sell a family member’s home in West Grove. We had been told it would take months to sell and again they had an offer in the first week or so!!! Great people to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, with lots of contacts!

We just finished closing on the second house purchased through the Stein Team and couldn't be happier. There's a very good reason I went back for my next house purchase after 7 years - quality. The quality of the people, the quality of the house selections, the quality of the service, and the quality of the overall experience were all stellar.

CJ, Beth, and crew are the top of the tree when it comes to buying homes. They know their stuff inside and out, guide you through each step of the process, and are fun the whole time! The energy and passion they all have is obvious and it comes through in their work. If you're considering a real estate agent, stop reading and call them. I'm not a huge fan of moving, but if I do it again, it'll be with their team!

Not only are they fast, friendly, and know their Real Estate stuff, but CJ also has a wealth of construction and home renovation knowledge that we found invaluable as we looked at different homes together. CJ Stein and his team were exceptional. This was our first home and we are not big fish in the real estate game by any means. Nevertheless, CJ took every available moment to see us through every phase of the process. He answered all of our novice questions (and many of them were very novice), talked us through all the convoluted documents, and was open and honest from the beginning. Being a first-time home buyer can be incredibly intimidating, but CJ really helped to put us at ease. He would always respond to my phone calls within hours. He accompanied us to all of the homes we looked at, pointing out potential issues and items that would affect resale value, and was direct and forthcoming about properties he felt did not match our needs.
Once we had successfully bid on our home, CJ and his team, especially Erica, held our hand through all of the documentation. She was meticulously organized, keeping us updated with every step in the process. They also helped us negotiate a few small issues with the sellers.
I would emphatically recommend the Stein Realty Group for any home buyer. It is very apparent that they value their customers. Of course it is a business, and they want to get paid, but they are working more for your satisfied recommendation than a percentage cut. Buying a home is such a big decision, and having somebody capable that you can trust is so necessary and so rare. CJ and the Stein Group provided that peace of mind for us.
