Erich Schmidt

Erich is a Vice President of Brokerage for Fortius Commercial Advisors with brokerage experience across many asset classes, including multi-family, retail, office, land and light industrial. Since joining Fortius, Erich has managed over $200+ million in commercial real estate transactions, specializing in the mountain resort markets of Colorado. Prior to joining Fortius Commercial Advisors, Erich started his financial services career in the late 90’s at the Chicago Board of Trade as a U.S Treasury futures and options trader. He held senior trading positions at Kottke Associates, Breakwater Trading LLC and Endeavor Trading LLC, becoming a partner at both Breakwater and Endeavor.
