Mr. Alahverdian practices in the area of Insurance Defense, Worker's Compensation, Business Law, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Transactions, and Trust and Estates.
Mr. Alahverdian has an extensive background in bodily injury and property damage defense work, with a concentration in both automobile and premises liability claims.
He has handled all facets of litigation work from inception through trial, and has negotiated and settled numerous litigated matters. Mr. Alahverdian also has a strong background in subrogation recovery.
Mr. Alahverdian received his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Touro Law Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he co-founded the Touro Chapter of the Student Hurricane
Network as well as served as a faculty teaching assistant.
He is a recipient of the Edwin J. Mulhern Scholarship and a member of the Nassau Lawyers Association.
Mr. Alahverdian is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey.
