Personal, professional, and precise. Great real estate experience with Erick Claytor. Fantastic listing photos, put in tons of time with us in consulting and open houses and really attended to the details from first call to closing all within a few weeks! We even had to move from the area before our house closed and Erick was onsite for any services rendered at the house after we moved. Erick is great and I highly recommend his services.

Erick worked magic on the sale of our home in 2022. We traveled for a while before deciding it was time to buy another place. He helped us in two attempts to buy a home, one we pulled out of after the home inspection and the other we were outbid. He continued to keep me informed of new homes on the market and was always ready at a moment's notice if I found one that I wanted to view. When we did find the one we wanted to bid on, he was ready to go with getting our bid in. We won the bid and he began the work of getting the inspections and all of our requested repairs taken care of. He was always on top of things and ahead of the next step as we went through the process of buying our home. He even showed up to the final signing! I will always recommend him to others and if we decide to sell or buy again, HE is the guy we will be calling!

Working with Erick to sell our rental home was great. He provided us with a very complete assessment of the home value with a market analysis showing all the sources. He assisted in finding contractors and services we needed to get the home repairs completed that helped us get the best value from the sale. At the same time, he was never pushy and always listened to what we were needing to get from this sale. Also, he returned every phone call promptly when he was not able to answer immediately. Our home sold for full asking price in only a few weeks during the winter. I would recommend working with Erick to anyone looking to sell.
