After firing my previous realtor for unresponsiveness I almost gave up but I was recommended Eric Escobedo through my lender Gio at instamortgage and I must say Erick was a godsend one of the most patient realtors and negotiation skill is unmatched. He helped me and my fiancé through our home buying experience and even going out of his way from us just viewing a house online and him having it booked and us touring it within that hour. I cannot say how above and beyond he went and will always recommend especially after he negotiated out closing cost going down an extra $1400 just from a little mud on the floor😎. So that should give a good idea of how great he is at his job and highly recommend him.

Erick deserves a million stars. He is very professional. He went above and beyond to help me find a home. I am a working single mom. My availability is very limited. He made himself available at any of the times I needed him. He never complained and always helped with a smile on his face. He made the home buying process less stressful.
The market is so competitive right now. A house goes on the market one day and its gone the next. Erick would send me houses as soon as they were on the market. I would reply immediately and he would schedule a viewing right away. It was thanks to that that I was able to get my house. It was on the market one day, we went in that day after work to see it, and we made an offer that same day and within a few days were told it was accepted.
I am so lucky to have Erick as a realtor.

I've bought and sold quite a few homes, so I know about good and bad realtors. I would recommend Erick 100%. He was very knowledgeable about the area, and very in tune with our needs. He never pressured us or made us feel like we were wasting his time. We were on a huge time crunch and that never bothered him, he got us into a house as fast as possible!
