Was amazed at the great service, feedback and guidance I received from Erick. Erick even put in sweat equity of his own when helping me stage my condo for sale. What other agent will sweat thru his tshirt while helping you sell a place. He then recommended a higher price for my condo which made me only get qualified potential buyers to view the him. With covid being what it is, it was key to have only serious buyers walk my home and Erick helped me do just that. My brother also used Erick to help him buy his first condo, which is couldn't be happy with. Can't say enough great things about Erick. would recommend to anyone who I'd thinking of buying or selling.

I could email, call or text him and he would respond quickly. He is with you throughout the whole process, from beginning to the end! I can't say enough good things about him! Wish there were more than just 5 stars! Erick is an incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind person. Working with Erick; he definitely makes you feel like you are his only client. His dedication to customer satisfaction is very apparent throughout the process which he made very easy to understand for my wife and I as first time home buyers, and also enjoyable! When first starting to look at homes, Erick would arrange showtimes in a very fast and organized manner to streamline the process and see as many options as possible in the shortest amount of time. Erick was recommended to me by a friend whom he also helped with his home purchase. We connected through phone and from there he began providing me listings as needed. First day we met in person, I was impressed with his depth of knowledge and how he was able to breakdown the home purchase stages. Through Erick, I became aware of how the process plays out and he seemed very honest and not like your regular sweet tonged guys out there. As a first time home buyer, I was skeptical about the whole thing but having Erick throughout made my decision a lot easier and quicker. He is a top notch professional and as well friendly. I'd recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I had a limited amount of funds for buying a home so we decided to try going through an assistance program here in San Diego. That was great because without that assistance there's no way we could have afforded the home prices in San Diego, but the only problem was there were a million hurdles and limitations on what we could and could not do. Erick was a champ in going through this with us and really helping to break things down and simplify everything for us along the way. He was in constant communication not only with us, but with our lender, with with the assistance program, with all the inspectors, with the seller's agent, and at one point in the process even with the seller directly. Once we had an accepted offer on the house, the seller's agent disappeared. This was the first hurdle and one that lasted throughout the entire escrow period. The seller's agent would not return e-mails or phone calls. Because of this, Erick ended up not only doing his job as representing my wife and I in the sale, but he also did the seller's agent's job in making sure the transaction went through.

The house we purchased had to pass a very specific set of inspections before our SDHC portion of our loan could be approved. Without any cooperation from the seller's agent, Erick had to shoulder every problem that popped up during the 60+ day escrow period. He definitely did much more than his own part of the job. I don't know anyone who would work as hard as Erick in a situation like this. I know he did it all out of the good of his own heart and because I think he just loves the challenge. It was such a long and scary process, but Erick stuck by our side every step of the way and his positivity and relentless work ethic is what really got us through it. There was never a point in the process where we ever felt like we were going to be worked over. We were able to quickly and fully trust Erick. He was always very clear with us in what was happening, what needed to happen, and what obstacles could possibly be in our way. Even when things took turns for the worst, Erick somehow managed to turn them around and get things back on track.

Erick went above and beyond handling such things as scheduling our inspections, finding and scheduling termite tenting, finding and scheduling sewage repair, and connecting us with a general contractor for the repairs needed to secure our loan. He did it all for us and did everything in his power to keep any stress off of us. Honestly, we didn't really do anything because Erick was doing it all for us. We were stressed out during the entire home buying process at times, but it was more for Erick than anything because we knew just how much overtime and extra work and effort he was putting into it for us and we didn't feel worthy. I'm almost certain anyone else would have tapped out within 2 weeks of the nightmare but Erick stood tall and made the impossible possible.

In the end, aside from the amazing realtor Erick is, what my wife and I are both thankful for is the friendship that bloomed between ourselves and Erick. He is an amazing person with a big heart. He is genuinely sincere, extremely trustworthy, and just overall a loving human being that cares for and wants the best for others. He puts you before himself in everything he does. I have never met a more selfless person in my life. He does what's right and goes above and beyond for his clients. We are blessed to have had Erick come into our lives and I would recommend him to anyone looking to make their home buying dreams come true.
