Erick helped me purchase my first home in San Diego. He made the whole process so easy and streamlined, and was always available for calls. I loved how he was so on top of every part of the negotiation and escrow process, and had really good advice on how to get the best price possible on the home. It was a relief to have him in my corner. You can tell he genuinely cares about your happiness. His warmth, lightheartedness, and extensive experience really helped reduce me stress through out the entire process. I'm so grateful he's my real estate agent, and recommend him to anyone looking for an honest professional, who really knows his craft. In retrospect, every single piece of advice and guidance he gave me was 100% correct.

I worked with Erick to buy my current house during the pandemic. With all of the craziness of bidding wars, he always focused on me finding the right place for me. We worked together for about 6 months prior to me finding the right house, and then was incredibly helpful through the bidding and in contract process up until closing, giving me me multiple recommendations on different inspectors, etc.. He even had a contractor come out to talk with me about possible changes I wanted to do, so I could understand possible costs! As issues came up regarding the inspection, Erick talked me through multiple things I could do, would give a recommendation if I asked, but didn't pressure me. 100% recommend him as your realtor! He still answers my questions even though I won’t be buying or selling a home for a while.

Where do I start? Erick is a highly focused and determined individual and exactly the kind of agent you need on your side. He helped me buy a property in MAY/2021 and it was easily the best real estate transaction I have ever had. He was able to get me the property below asking price, was able to negotiate a repair credit, and helped us close in 3 weeks. If you are aware of the market right now, you know all the things I just mentioned are unheard of. He’s honest, easy going, straight forward and always looks out for your best interest.
