As a first time homebuyer I knew I needed someone who understood the process and would be honest whether good or bad. I knew the subdivision I wanted to be in and as soon as I gave her the information Ericka was there to meet the builder with me when I was ready. She made sure the contract was in order and all of my questions were answered. She was there every step of the way! Ericka is amazing! She really go out of her way to find that special place for everyone she works with.
