Ericka is hands down the best realtor I've ever used, and I will never buy another house without her again. When we initially started looking, there were about 11 houses on our to see list. She mapped out all of them and got times approved to go see them. During the entire process she was always available and answered any text usually within 5 min. Once we finally got an accepted offer, she touched base with the mortgage company, the title company, and everyone else on the back end of things to keep them on time and would send us regular updates and to-do lists of things we needed to take care of. She also helped us find a subletter to take over our apartment lease! She was also always so patient with us, and never forced anything we weren't comfortable with. She stuck strictly to our wants and was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. Ericka is just the best!

Right from the get-go Ericka was extremely attentive and responsive to my needs. Whenever I had a question, no matter what time of day I texted or emailed her, she'd get back to me within an hour, max. She was extremely knowledgeable about how competitive of an offer to make. Both times I had put in offers, her suggestion was right on the money (I had gone slightly under her suggestion the first time and was just barely outbid). She was also the nicest person you could work with. Part of me was a little sad when I got my house because I enjoyed working with her so much! If I find myself looking for another house in Madison, I will definitely work with her again!

We didn't know any realtors in the Madison area and she was able to help us find our dream home. In this market, you want to have a realtor that is knowledgeable and trustworthy. We absolutely loved working with Ericka! We were first-time home buyers and we were not that familiar with how everything works. Ericka patiently took time to explain everything to us and she used her wealth of knowledge and experience from working with other first-time home buyers to guide us through the process. She is very responsive. She even spared some of her vacation time to chat with us over the phone and make sure our all our paperwork was in order and also that we had a strong offer. She is also very knowledgeable and well-connected in the Madison area. We strongly recommend working with Ericka!

Ericka helped guide my husband and I through the home buying process every step of the way and gave us the confidence we needed to purchase our first home in the Madison area! We were visiting from out of state and we had no idea if we would find what we were searching for when we started out—Thank goodness for Ericka!
She really listened to our needs and organized a day packed with back-to-back house showings and made the most of our time. We found that communication was always an open line with her as she made herself available via phone call, text message, and email to answer our questions and to provide us important updates/deadlines that kept us on track, so we never felt lost or overwhelmed throughout the home-buying process! Ericka is amazing! If we could give her 20 stars, we would! Ericka helped us buy our very first home. We looked through countless homes together and when we found THE home, she was able to negotiate the price, and ensure it was everything we wanted. She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Erika Doran was a tremendous asset to us in our home buying process. When we were looking at houses she wasn’t judgmental or pushy- she is a firm believer that some houses “just feel right” and you may need to see many houses before you find one.

Once we found the house she walked us through (and helped us stay organized) though every step. We ended up using some of her recommendations for insurance, house inspection, etc. and the third party contractors were great. Very competitive, highly reviewed, and very good at what they do.

Erika was also very helpful in the negotiation process. We came in under list with a ton of money-saving addendums to our closing (like home warranty, things fixed from the inspection, and additional money off at closing).

Some realtors are pushy and just want to make a sale—- Erika really cares about the people she works with and will put your best interest first. 10/10!
