Ericka Lassiter was my realtor in both buying and selling my rental townhome. She came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I live out of state so navigating the real estate market long distance was a chore. Ericka made the process so much easier! She gave me names for trades people to do updates and repairs. She was available anytime I needed her! I am so grateful and blessed to have found a realtor who is so knowledgeable about the market. She helped me get the best price for both buying and selling my home.
