She graduated from the University of Washington, where she majored in Communications and minored in Human Rights. The knowledge she gained in her education carries through to her work life today, where she believes that strong communication is crucial to success. Her eye for detail extends beyond the logistics of the business and into her ability to stage homes, she is preparing to list. When working with buyers, she helps envision homes decorated to suit the lifestyle at hand and even offers complimentary consultations.

Ericka is a pacific northwest native with great appreciation for all corners of Washington state. The pillar of her business is along the shores of Sammamish and through the greater Eastside, where she specializes in the country club and golf course lifestyles, but she also values small-town community living as a sales specialist in Seabrook. She realizes her clients’ goals of having a primary or secondary residence in a beloved beach town and whether you seek a life near the city or closer to the edge of town, she is happy to assist.

Rooted in her family, Ericka and her husband live with their two children, beloved dog Wrigley, and family cat Scout. She is an avid golfer, loves to travel, and finds reward in serving as the Executive Vice President on the Elizabeth Blackwell Elementary PTSA Board.
