Erik Egelko

Erik Egelko is the Founder and President of Palm Tree Properties, a San Diego-based real estate brokerage and property management firm. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Erik has closed more than $100 million in property transactions across Southern California. Before launching Palm Tree Properties, he served as Senior Vice President at a national brokerage, where he specialized in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and asset management for diverse property types, including retail centers, multifamily complexes, and mixed-use developments. Erik holds a degree in Business Management from San Francisco State University and is also the general partner of EZ Loans, a private mortgage fund focused on trust deed investments. His leadership combines strategic insight with hands-on experience as an active investor in both commercial and residential properties. Outside of work, Erik enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
