Recently sold our house via Erik. He is very young and yet has vast knowledge and networking of a veteran. He helped with many things that he didnt have to. His communication is top rate. When with a client they have his full attention. No answering phone or texts. That said he responds asap to every message afterwards. No ignoring or days later responses. Very happy and would recommend him to anyone!

I was referred to Erik through an associate with the realty group Erik is part of, as he is licensed in CT.
Working with Erik, I found him to be knowledgeable of the market, home construction, and as well as each step of the buying process, which was helpful as a first time home buyer. He was also quite flexible for hours, as my work has a non traditional schedule, and creative for getting showings done with video showings to afford me the ability to see the homes as they came on the market. His knowledge of the market was instrumental in advising on making offers, and updating as soon as information was available. When it came time to closing on a rehab property, he was able to negotiate an updated price to reflect the changes in the cost of repair, reducing the cost by 13k in this current market was impressive, and was quick to line up a contractor to meet the needs of both me and the bank. As I’ve worked with him, I’ve found him to value integrity, honesty, and service, and a desire to be a resource for the home buyer even after closing.

Not only did he get me the exact type of home i was looking for, we closed very quick into a house that i walked into an additional $10,000 of equity. This was possible by making the right offer at the right time, because not only did he find the right house for me; he has a great understanding of the market and what will and won’t make a deal work. Eric went above and beyond! He stood by us in every step. I loved that he gave his honest opinion every time even if it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. He was always that one step ahead and kept us informed about every detail. He also has so many connections that getting things done and quotes on just about anything we needed was absolutely easy and completed quickly. When we started with Erik we were in another state and trusted him from the start and we COULD NOT have made a better choice. He even helped us with looking for a rental in between everything. Very honest, very trustworthy. Highly recommend and will absolutely recommend him again !!!!

It was a real pleasure working with EriK . As a first-time buyer, I was very nervous, undecisive and wasn’t sure what to except but Erik made the process as stress free as possible.

He knows and passionate about his job and took the time to answer all my questions and I like that he wasn’t pushy and was patient with my indecisiveness. After seeing multiple houses, I was able to find my dream multiple home.

The other reason I recommend him is because he is willing to go the extra mile and he will be there for you even after you closed. I already called him twice after closing for contractor/electrician recommendation and he was more than happy to help. It was a positive experience working with him!

Erik was extremely helpful in the buying process. As a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect, but Erik explained the process very clearly, every step of the way. We had some hiccups right before closing due to issues with our loan officer being unresponsive and the fact that it was a holiday weekend, but Erik did everything in his power to get us into our beautiful new home. He called our loan officer every day, and kept us updated every step of the way. We only closed one day late, but I guarantee that if it wasn't for all of Erik's hard work, we would still be looking for a house right now. He was very open and honest with us, and he handled every problem that arose with extreme urgency and made sure we were updated every single day from the time we got our offer accepted to the time we closed on the house. It was a excellent experience. Erik really help guide us through one of the most difficult decisions you can make in a life time. He help us find our home. Erik was always on time and really flexible to all our appointments and was full of knowledge on the properties we were looking at. When there were red flags in a house, he would tell us and give options and good opinions on them.
