Erik Johnson

Erik is a licensed real estate broker focused on retail/office/industrial/land/medical/etc., buyer/seller/tenant rep for owner-users and investors.

He is active in the real estate industry serving on several boards/committees. He's a CCIM Designee serving as the; CCIM FL Chapter Vice President of Marketing/Designation Promotion, CCIM FL Chapter East Coast District Special Events Chair and CCIM Michigan Chapter Membership Chair. Prior he served as East Coast District (FL Chapter) President in 2023 and 2024. He's also the Past President for the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Counties. In 2021 he received both the RCA "Realtor® of the Year” Award and the National Association of Realtors® National Commercial Award for his exceptional service and contribution to the commercial real estate industry as well as being a Realtor Honor Society member.

He is a proud University of Florida Gator graduate and serves his community with aplomb including organizations like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Business College Advisory Board of Keiser University and Generation Church.

Also, he maintains a real estate license in Michigan with Milliken Realty where he advises clients in the greater Detroit and Ann Arbor markets.
