Since we didn’t live in Chicago but another state we really depended on him and he was available through the remodeling of the house and gave us suggestions. He was always honest with us. Erik Roberts is an amazing agent. He was there for me at the very beginning, he told me things I needed to clear my credit and raise my score to get approved for a loan.
