Born in Cuba, Rojas immigrated to the United States with his family during the Mariel Boatlift, an experience that shaped his early work ethic and long-term professional resilience. His entry into the real estate industry required persistence—he passed the licensing exam on his fourth attempt—but the challenge reinforced his dedication to the field. Rojas began his career in traditional brokerage environments, where he developed foundational transaction and client service skills before eventually receiving a significant commission milestone that motivated him to establish his own firm.
