Eric was an agent that worked with me to close a new home purchase. He went out of his way on several occasions to meet inspectors and provide connections for contractors to help with closing an FHA 203K loan, which are notoriously difficult especially when working with HUD(home owned by the government). Eric's knowledge and assistance were essential for closing the deal. He is highly recommended and one of the better agents in this area.

Eric was the agent for us, when we began looking for a home/property, for our daughter. It was such a pleasant experience for her/us!
We felt guided, taken care of and heard. He is kind, patient, steady and Thorough.
He gave us reliable information and was quickly able to answer our multiple questions.
Eric was extremely efficient once our decision was made. He kept us up-to-date and we felt well informed. He always communicated back to us in prompt fashion and really did a stellar job of keeping us informed as the process was a new one for our daughter.
We could not have ask for a better agent then Eric. He assisted our daughter with the purchase of her first home for which we are grateful. His guidance through the process was really appreciated. We highly recommend him!
