Erik helped me buy into a co-op in Olympia in February 2023.

He was super-responsive, practical, methodical, and easy-going about the whole process. A co-op purchase is a bit more work than a condo or house (something I didn't know), and I appreciated Erik being there step by step to walk me though the process.

From initial viewing, through a thorough inspection from a provider Erik recommended, and through the purchase and document registration, all went as smoothly as could be, and I do believe Erik's excellent follow-up was the key to that.

I recommend him as an honest, helpful representative for anyone looking to buy a home. If I were buying again, I would call Erik.

Erik is a great realtor because he is such a genuine and kind person. He is very prompt, attentive, and responsive. During the whole process he checked in, communicated, answered all my questions, and jumped on any issues that came and either resolved it asap or found out additional information for me. My circumstances were a bit difficult (move resulting from a divorce) and Erik was kind, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process and even after. Erik is highly recommended.
