Erika moved to Florida in 2002 and completed mediation training in the state. She has paired with business-minded partners to deliver the right marketing strategy and exposure for quick sales.
Erika is driven to help her clients and ease them through what can otherwise be a strenuous selling process. Additionally, she helps buyers get a great deal on new construction properties located in Miami’s up and coming areas. Erika was born in a small town in Texas and she has a son and daughter who have been imperative to her vision and passions in life. Erika’s daughter was diagnosed with Autism and has been a force of inspiration for her and her business. Erika proudly supports the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (UM CARD), The WOW Center and additional local autistic charities employing autistic adults. She additionally works with a fitness coach, while on a journey to promote a happy and healthy lifestyle for herself, her family and client network.
