Erika is an extremely helpful, supportive, and responsive agent.  We were first-time home buyers and new to the area.  She listened closely to what we wanted and would provide us with many virtual tours.  During our tours she was honest and provided knowledgeable feedback on the home.  The market was really tough but she never lost optimism in finding us a home we would love.  She also never became pushy.  We trusted her and it paid off!  We love our new home!  To this day, she is still available for miscellaneous questions.  She will always have your back.  It was a pleasure working with her.
