Erika Milhauser

Erika has served real estate clients in South Florida for two decades and has developed deep rooted connections within her community. Erika began her real estate career in Miami, working as an in-house agent for Related Cervera Realty Services, partner of The Related Group of Florida. During this time, Erika sold numerous pre-construction projects in downtown Miami, the Miami design district, Brickell and South Beach. In 2008, Erika moved to Palm Beach County and focused her career on general real estate sales with Coldwell Banker, selling waterfront condominiums in Boca Raton.

In 2012, Erika joined forces with Lang Realty and began selling luxury single family homes. In 2015, she moved to Parkland and began working for a Broward based real estate firm. Erika has continued to sell in Boca Raton and Delray Beach while growing her business in her own community of Parkland.
Erika is a passionate business professional with a dedicated work ethic, strong reputation for high-touch communication, stunning marketing exposure and honed negotiation skills.
