This past spring my dad made the hard decision of selling the home he shared with my mom for 20 years. Erika the saint of all saints made this process so easy (as easy as selling a home can be) for him. She answered all the questions he had and answered questions he had not even thought of. She set up time lines and stuck to them. Appointments were kept and phone calls were answered within a timely manner. She weeded through the multiple offers he recorded and helped him decide on the best offer for him. I can not say enough kind things about this team. She mad something so emotionally hard so easy for all of us. Thank you Erika again and again.

Erica with Poindexter Real Estate Group made the process of relocating to Roseville from out of the area a much less stressful experience than it could have been. She was my eyes are ears of all the new homes that came on the market. She was able to help us find the perfect home for my family and to help us to do it in the small window of time that we needed. Erika made house buying a very easy to understand process. She was very patient with us, as first time home buyers, and made sure to explain everything in ways we understood. She answered all of our questions. One thing that stands out to us, is that from the start, she was attentive and understanding of the type of home and neighborhood we wanted to live in. Instead of showing us random houses or up and coming neighborhoods, she listened to our needs and wants and honed in those. We did not contemplate home buying for a long time because we thought it would be too difficult a process but she made it easy and fun. We love our home, and our neighborhood. We would enthusiastically recommend Erika to anyone we know wanting to buy a home in the region. If we ever sell or buy again we will definitely reach out to Erika again.

Erika has been absolutely fantastic to work with. I have been working with her since July and she's never let me down! No matter your situation she will be there to help or wait for you while you work on things you need to get to owning a home! She has great recommendations on lenders and the auto emails are my favorite to see what's available in the area on a daily basis. She's personable and willing to do whatever is needed!
