Erika Soares

A San Diego native, Erika began her career in real estate in 1999. In addition to working with local area sellers and buyers, she is particularly passionate about helping relocation families purchase a home they love and successfully assimilate into their new community. Her in-depth knowledge of San Diego's diverse communities and family resources is particularly helpful for my relocation clients. She brings vast, personal knowledge to clients wanting to live in America's Finest City and specialize in the coastal north county areas of Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, Olivenhain, Encinitas and Carlsbad.

Outside of real estate, Erika stays busy with two teenage daughters and is the Historian for the San Diego Surf Soccer Club. She loves to bake, hike Torrey Pines and 'get my Zen on' at CorePower yoga.
