From staying on top of searches and listening to my needs and wants to the process of purchasing and all of the wonderful appts. My seller was not the most.... helpful or kind person through this process but Erika stayed on top of everything and now i am in my beautiful first home!

If you get to the point where you feel it's necessary to check reviews on Erika, stop what you are doing and let this be your sign to lock in an agreement as soon as possible... as in... like, yesterday. A good real estate agent is not that difficult to find. However, finding someone like Erika should be considered a small miracle. I don't think putting words on a page could ever truly capture how much Erika means to me as a business colleague and a friend. When Erika and I started working together, my main agent had just moved out of town. Little did I know that she would become one of the most valuable people in my life for such a long time. She checks every box you're looking for in an agent, and then checks boxes you never even new existed. She is experienced, thoughtful, passionate, aggressive, patient, resourceful, and is literally better than you at absolutely everything. Whenever life throws real estate on your plate, make sure Erika is on your team. It will be the smartest decision you make during your real estate endeavors, and at the end, you'll be able to write something about her thats way better than I did.

I have to be honest, I had not planned on using a realtor in this hot Nashville market, but Erika’s knowledge of the market, persistence, and marketing package convinced me to enlist her services. Not only did she sell both of our townhomes at full price, but she helped us find another home that we will use as a rental property. That is two homes sold and one bought in 6 months. As a first time seller, I had a lot of questions. What was my condo value? What was a competitive listing price? Was my condo move in ready? Who could I connect with for repairs? How would we promote on the market? This is where Erika shined and differentiated her services as a real estate agent. Through the selling process, Erika acted as my mentor. Not only did she tackle the standard responsibilities of of an agent, but Erika went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and help me make decisions that benefitted my financial future. This included preparing my condo for market. Upon her first walk through, Erika had a list of tasks to complete to get my place show ready. And she didn’t stop there. Erika also connected me with AND managed a host of contacts, including a plumber, electrician and a photographer for listing photos, to ensure all jobs were done fairly, promptly and correctly.

I was looking for a house in Nashville for 2.5 years working previously with a couple of agents without success. Then the market surged and I was threatened with getting priced out. I had made offers on homes but in the buyer's frenzies none were accepted. I was very frustrated at this point. Then I met Erika Spears and she told me she could get me into a house within 90 days. And she did. She listened to what I wanted and worked to find me homes that fit my requirements. She was readily available for contact and never missed an appointment or arrived late. She did all of the legwork, were as I was doing it all before. The amazing part was the number of times she arranged showings at homes not yet officially on the market. It was one of those homes that I purchased and below the intended offer amount. Erika stayed on top of the entire closing process with me and led the way when needing to expedite or correct situations that needed improvement or attention. She arranged bids, appraisals, and inspections for me using vetted and well qualified contractors.
