Erika Van Nest

Erika Van Nest has known what makes the Space Coast special her entire life. Growing up in Rockledge, Erika married her high school sweetheart, and together they are raising their two children to appreciate the local lifestyle.

Her love of real estate started early in her career when she worked for 12 years alongside her mother-in-law at their family-owned-and-operated Title company. Since then, Erika has transitioned into the role of real estate agent where she continues to excel.

Erika has an interest in architecture, a passion for helping people, and believes in doing what she says she will do. She understands that real estate is not all about the sale. It’s about building a relationship, understanding needs and wants, and providing incomparable service.

She attributes her strong work ethic to her father and has made it her professional goal to help both sellers and buyers find real estate success. Erika is proud to join the Carpenter Kessel | Compass team and is ready to put in the work for you.
