Erin Allen

Erin was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in the beautiful suburb of Lake Oswego. To say that Erin has a bit of world experience is putting it lightly. Erin’s life experiences brought her to London for a brief period, and in 1989 she moved to Seattle. Her variety of professional endeavors has contributed to a well-rounded and diverse resume. Erin has owned and operated two independent and successful businesses. Additionally, her extensive 20+ years of sales experience with Nordstrom lends itself well to the real estate industry.

Erin began as a real estate commercial broker in 1998, and she integrated residential transactions shortly after. She specializes in relocation and has been an international, award-winning agent since 2001. Erin recently received her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. Only 1500 agents worldwide hold this designation because of the difficult to meet standards. Her expertise is the greater eastside and she is dubbed the “condo queen for waterfront.” Erin is passionate about real estate, prides herself on her exceptional negotiation skills, and is dedicated to her clients.
