Erin Blakeslee

I’ve been in real estate since 2010. During the majority of those years I managed the marketing and operations of hundreds of transactions, for a top producing real estate team in the South Bay, which included locally famous estates in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes Estates. I left the team in 2020 to work on my strategy that I’ll discuss below.

Over my past several years of experience, I’ve witnessed strategies that create disappointment and strategies that create success. This is how I’ve developed my strategy. For sellers who are dissatisfied with the average broker’s listing approach, my strategy delivers market preparation solutions, high market demand, and experienced contract negotiations, rewarding sellers with an excellent return on their investment. But there’s more to a listing than strategy. There are sellers who don’t care about strategy – they only care about the agent behind the listing. I’ve learned strategies are common, a dime a dozen. What really counts is having a professional in charge, like myself, who has passion, experience and integrity, and I seek these similar qualities in my clientele.

Erin is a Crypto Certified Agent with Propy, the world’s first international real estate marketplace on the blockchain. A native of Southern California, Erin attended St. Lawrence Martyr School in Redondo Beach, graduated from Marymount High School All-Girls Preparatory in Los Angeles then attended the University of Oregon in Eugene. In her off time, Erin enjoys staying close to the beautiful California coastline and experiencing all that it has to offer.
