We don’t even have the listing on MLS yet, but Erin has helped me so much - am incredibly thankful. Lost my parent in November and am trying to sell the house from 4 hours away. Managed to find some folks to help with little to no integrity, when I found Erin who has helped so very much I can’t recommend her enough. From finding people to help clean the place up to working with me on price, you’d be hard pressed to find a better partner in what’s been a messy situation. I can’t thank her enough and highly recommend her - plus I always, always appreciate her sense of humor.
