Erin did a superb job selling our condo! She was always available to answer any questions or address concerns, and we were able to handle all the contract and closing paperwork remotely which was critical since we live out of the local area. To prep the condo for sale, we had some contractors out to deep clean and to refresh paint, flooring, lighting, etc. Erin volunteered to stop by to monitor and report on progress. She also took it upon herself to replace some missing outlet covers and the patio screen door. Erin's market research was right on target, and we received an above-asking price cash offer the first weekend on the market. We would definitely use Erin's service again. Thank you, Erin!

Let me start by saying Erin is incredible at what she does! My husband and I had put off getting our house on the market to sell and when we came across a house we loved, Erin got ours listed right away with open houses that weekend. In just 3 days, she had our house under contract! Throughout the entire selling and buying process, Erin was so professional, knowledgeable and reassuring, and always just a text or call away with any questions we had (and we had plenty). Erin is absolutely great to work with - she will go out of her way without thinking twice - we had her driving hours away for about 2 years as we searched for the right home and she always happily made the trip - often times without us as we were buying from out of state. Finding a house in the current market has been nothing but challenging, but Erin did everything and anything she possibly could in order to overcome all of the challenges we faced. Not only did Erin show us at least 50 properties, she also sold two properties for us and represented both sides on one of the sales. Erin was there through it all: every call, every text, every email! Erin went through every emotion with us: the good and the bad and felt every disappointment right along with us. I always knew Erin was a text or a call away and if she didn’t have a solution to whatever I was calling about, she did everything she could to get me an answer! Erin did a phenomenal job working in this tough of a market and I am so glad she was by our side through our adventure!
