Erin Gilbert is a licensed Realtor in the charming and incredible town of Franklin, TN. She began her real estate career in 2001 selling luxury new construction homes in the $300k-Million+ price range for a high-end developer in Franklin, TN mainly in the West haven neighborhood.

In 2013, she transferred to Benchmark Realty and began her love of working in the general real estate market! Erin’s knowledge and experience with new construction has been a tremendous benefit to her clients buying new homes.
