Erin is OUTSTANDING, PATIENT and KIND, Professional and Friendly, but most of all.. SHE GETS It!! and how the journey of finding your "perfect home" connects to your own circumstances..
My personal experience working with her came at the end of the 2022 Hot Market Real Estate Boom (VA specifically) which slowed down drastically toward the Nov/Dec Holiday, and I found myself trapped in a vision of single home ownership not wanting to settle in my little townhome with a growing toddler and fur baby.
The other personal factor was the anticipation of having to transition my mother into my home for care since nursing homes costs are an insanely high and a whole other salary would be needed! The reality of my what was then current situation was beginning to send me down a very sad state considering that the only place to make my mother comfortable for the "day to come" was in the basement of my townhome with no access to kitchen and 17 steps upward of separation between us.
I literally cried upon sharing my life's unknowns with Erin the first time we met. She immediately jumped into "we're going to find you a house" mode and assisted me with the purchase of my 4 bedroom/private basement home . Perfect for a mom, a kid, a dog, and a mom's mom!!! EVERYONE HAD THEIR SPACE! And with the new work from home guidance, Erin saw my vision and found me a "She Shed" included in my new home to convert into my very own space/office.
I think it's important to mention that along the way, I was also introduced to Erin's magic team for financing, whom stayed focused on my goals and kept me within budget. I couldn't believe that my life was about to change for the better within a 30 day notice. No more tears and staying up at night. I was able to call my mother and give her the great news while sending pictures of our new space! I can't tell you how accomplished this made me feel, and all because Erin understood my heart, my job and personal circumstances and the need to grow and care for my non-conventional family.

With all this being said, you will not fall short of working with Erin who has high integrity while being very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping her clients best interests in mind.

One of the qualities I respected the most was her no- nonsense style. As a busy mom and full-time everything else on my plate type person, I don’t have time to waste. Erin was always to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting my schedule.
She did so well while listening to my evolving needs, and did not waste time showing properties which did not meet my objectives.
I was taken back with the research she performed to assist with assessing a fair market value of my new home for the offer and then negotiated effectively with the opposing agent on my behalf... (my home's appraisal came in less than asking!) She will always be extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night emails after midnight. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction had a few hiccups (not our doing of course), but overall went very smoothly and we closed on time.

One last thing you should know, is Erin's eye for home inspection preparedness, which was so pin-point that I never doubted the safety of the home. Plus, anything that was a concern? Erin had a contractor lined up making my load less to check off upon move in. All of Erin's referrals were professional and fairly priced.

In closing, Erin represented me on the purchase of a 2nd home and lease of my townhome sides. I would undoubtedly not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling a property in the future after observing her approach to transactions which can sometime become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Erin represent me.

Erin is amazing! I had a lot of problems with buying this house (none of which were Erin's fault) and she basically handled all of it. She coordinated several contractors to do work on the house before and after the purchase. When I was looking she knew all about the neighborhoods and was quick to respond to texts and setup tours.
