My husband and I with our first home purchase in Nov 2012, from the start of the house buying process to the close of escrow (and even after when we had questions!), she has been exceptional. Erin is extremely knowledgeable, patient, diligent, and is excellent with communication. Furthermore, she is ethical and we felt very comfortable in confiding in her. The closing of escrow went very smoothly and we are extremely happy with our home-buying experience with Erin. Words cannot fully describe how great Erin is - I would highly encourage anyone to at least meet with her.
