Erin Neilon

Erin grew up with deep roots in real estate and service on Whidbey Island. Since earning her broker license, she has been awarded the North Puget Sound Association of REALTORS® (NPSAR) 2021 Rookie of the Year, followed by the Whidbey Island Association of REALTORS® (WIAR) 2022 Rookie of the Year, co-selling more than $22 million in her first two years.

Erin is dedicated to building her knowledge with informed advocacy and care to her clients. She has earned multiple certifications and designations including: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), At Home with Diversity (AHWD®), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), GREEN, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®).

Erin actively serves at the local and state levels, holding numerous committee and board roles. She served as the President and received the REALTOR® of the Year for Whidbey Island. She serves as the Northwest Washington Regional Representative on the Washington REALTORS® (WR) Executive Committee and as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Vice Chair in 2026.

Erin is a proud Latina and member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, championing equitable access to homeownership and wealth-building. She is a founding member of the Northwest Washington network for Women's Council of REALTORS®.

Erin is involved in the community, having served on the board of North Whidbey Hearts & Hammers and sponsoring/coaching youth soccer for North Whidbey Soccer Club at the recreation level and Deception Football Club at the select level.
