We met Erin at an Open House she was hosting for another client of hers in Middletown. She seemed very knowledgeable about the area and the home so we took a leap of faith and asked her to be our agent. We weren't disappointed! Erin Peluso helped my wife and I sell our home in Keyport, NJ and purchase a home in Middletown, NJ due to our growing family and it was no small feat, especially in this market.

We can’t speak highly enough of Erin as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge and work ethic are very much appreciated. She is detail oriented, honest and great with people.

Erin sold our home in Keyport for over 15K over our asking price.
She also helped us purchase a home in Middletown where we wanted to be and in the school system we desired. Plus we were seeking a mother daughter set-up which was even more of a challenge for Erin but she did it! She's great and patient and treated us like family. I highly recommend her!

Working with Erin to find and buy a home in an adult community at the height of the market for my stepmother was not an easy task. Erin was actually referred to me by another agent. She is very professional and honest and extremely personable. I was stressed out about the process of downsizing and unfamiliar with the area I was moving to. Erin made it very easy for me. I lost my husband a year ago and she made me feel very at ease with taking some time and finding the right home. I would give Erin more stars if I could! Erin found my husband and me our dream home in Manasquan in an extremely competitive market. As a first home buyer, we were nervous about navigating the process, but Erin completely put us at ease. We honestly feel lucky to have found her. She was a calming voice in a stressful time, and helped us with everything from answering every question we had (within minutes usually), over email, text, or phone, to guiding us through the inspection process, and helping us navigate the transfer of utilities post-close (seriously above and beyond!). Our experience with Erin was fantastic. She made every aspect of the sale of our house to the transition into our new house so smooth. She also helped us with our rental property. My wife and I were in the process of moving from Ocean to Monmouth County with the added baggage of already owning two houses. We wound up selling one house, buying another, renting the new purchase out, and then moving into a rental to facilitate an eventual new construction project involving knocking the house we just bought down in the future. Needless to say, there were a TON of moving parts to this. From the initial showings involving the new purchase, to the sale of our primary residence, to finding a renter for the new purchase, and finally finding a rental for ourselves. Erin was always available, always willing to help (even at a moment's notice).

Erin knows Monmouth County like the back of her hand and is very patient with her clients. She lets them make their own decisions without being pushy, and just adds little tidbits of insight when needed. We would recommend to her anyone looking to buy/rent a home in the area. By the end of this process, she really felt like part of our family.
