My husband and I are first time home buyers so the whole process seemed very daunting and confusing for us but Erin helped us every step of the way. Whenever we would feel discouraged she would say "Don't worry, we'll find you a great house!" And she was right!

Erin is definitely one of the best and most professional real estate agent we have ever met. The first time we met her was another house she listed, not for our new home. She gave us a great first impression even that house did not fit us. So when we saw her second time for our new dream home and she was the listing agent, we all think what a great coincidence. When the time came to buy my first house I felt a little overwhelmed before meeting with Erin. I think I had more questions than what any agent wanted to answer. She answered all my questions and help me understand how the buying process works and was still smiling at the end of our first meeting. She was super informative and thoroughly explained each milestone of the process as we came to it. I never felt like I was working with a "used car sales man" and being pushed into a deal that I didn't understand or would regret later.

I also had a very tight schedule of moving out of my apartment and into a house and while working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. The system she used to help sort through the houses I was interested in and wanted look at was top-notch and gave me the availability to make the most of my time. We looked at 11 houses in one day as she tried to accommodate my time and schedule. I couldn't ask for anybody more patient.

I had a very pleasant experience with her and would strongly recommend her to anybody looking to have a trouble free experience finding their dream home.
