Erin Phelps joined New Colony Realtors in 2005, bringing with her a background in office and personnel management, customer service, leasing, and space planning. Erin's focus is on motivating and educating WRNC's sales associates, providing those associates the best tools and systems in the industry, and making the work environment attractive, productive, and enjoyable.

Erin grew up in Baltimore, MD, and now resides in Howard County in Glenwood. She graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Communications from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, and enjoys shopping, decorating, traveling with her family (including their 3 Labs), cooking, and gardening. Be sure to ask her about those O's and her Ravens! Erin supports St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the U.S. Humane Society, the Fuel Fund of MD and Toys for Tots, and donates much of her time to Lab Rescue LRCP, where she transports, fosters, and helps bring overall awareness about Labrador Retrievers in need of homes.
Erin's professional affiliations include the Howard County Association of Realtors (HCAR), where she is a committee member of HCAR's Young Professionals Network and the Community Outreach Committee, and also serves as Treasurer of the Howard County Million Dollar Club.
