My house was sold in a very brief period of time ( 1 and a half days) due to an excellent planning strategy and professional responsiveness. Erin walked me through every step of what could have been an overwhelming process. I was prepared for inspections and appraisals because of her knowledge and educating me on my responsibilities. Erin Rickman is profoundly good at her job. My husband is a truck driver with weird pay and I was a contract worker, so we had pretty much every income verification problem imaginable when trying to secure financing... Erin made this happen for us. We’ve been in our dream home for six months. Recently, a drunk driver hit our house and Erin stopped by today to check up on us. She cares forever. She never misses the slightest detail. We’re so thankful for her every day we wake up here!!!!
