Erin is absolutely incredible and anyone not utilizing her expertise is missing out. She is dedicated to her clients and their specific needs, no matter how particular they are, which is something that far too many Realtors lack. Not Erin. Perhaps to her own dismay, she is a perfectionist and jumps on the first available opportunity to show a new listing anytime, day or night. She not only sold my former marital home in less than a month during an off-peak selling season, but also found/got me my current place. I was looking for my first post divorce space for myself and, lucky for me, my European family was deeply intertwined in the process. It was certainly a challenge to work with such strong opinionated people but Erin did not miss a beat. Her customer service is supreme. Erin is an absolute magician and I would not utilize any other Realtor.

She helped us find a house in South Philadelphia in a time crunch 1 week before our wedding, and helped us navigate the closing process while out of the country on our honeymoon. That first time Buying is exciting and terrifying at the same time but Erin helped calm our anxiety by answering all our questions and making lists for us to keep us on track.
