Having grown up on a farm in northwestern Minnesota, Erin's core values instilled by her parents, revolved around an "All work, no play" mentality. While this way of life worked well for them, Erin sought to strike a better balance of working the hardest, smartest, and most efficiently, in order to benefit her clients and her family to the max. This is exactly the foundation on which she has chosen to build her real estate business.
Erin earned several degrees at Concordia College, in Moorhead, Minnesota, which include a Bachelor of Arts in Business, International Relations and German. BK (Before Kids), Erin spent a decade advising clients on investment/retirement and insurance matters, both in the Midwest and Coeur d'Alene. With her background in IRAs/401ks, Erin is uniquely qualified to guide and assist her clients as to the many benefits of adding real estate to their portfolio. Her passion for helping others to succeed in their goals has shown through in all areas of her life, and she feels blessed to be able to share her knowledge and provide expert guidance to her clients.
Upon moving from Coeur d'Alene to Liberty Lake in 2011, Erin seized the opportunity to spend her time feeding, watering, and tending to her most precious sprouts--her young son and daughter. She and her husband Paul have established their own core family values, which revolve around the "Work hard, play hard" mentality. Therefore, once their work is done for the day, whether it be skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, or swimming.... you’ll find all four of them out enjoying the gorgeous area we are blessed to call home.
