Erinn Falkowski has been a licensed New Hampshire and Massachusetts real estate agent since 2002 and 2012, respectively. In her quest to provide home buyers with the best service and knowledge available, Erinn has received the distinction of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®). The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

In addition, Erinn holds the SRS® designation. The Seller Representative Specialist designation is the premier credential in seller representation. The designation is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller advocacy. SRS® designees represent a global community of REALTORS® who use their advanced training and expertise to go above and beyond their client’s expectations. This ensures that Erinn has the skills and knowledge to represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.

Erinn also holds the Real Estate Staging Association - Certified Staging Advocate designation (RESA®-CSA™) and understands that staging plays an important role in helping sellers to market their home in its best light, to maximize pricing and minimize market time.
Erinn is well-versed in the sale and acquisition of residential property, including single-family homes, multifamily dwellings, and condominiums. As a native of southern New Hampshire, Erinn specializes in Hillsborough, Merrimack, and Rockingham counties, and the northern region of Massachusetts.
