I have known Erinn for about one year. I had the good fortune to meet her when I scheduled a viewing at a house I had been interested in, and shortly thereafter began working with her on my house search. I was a first-time buyer and found Erinn to be very responsive and helpful. Erinn is extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest and patient. She worked with us for about six months, until we finally bought our home. She spent a great deal of time on our house search. She was thorough in her research, and was quick to respond with answers to questions, making herself available to ensure we understood every step of the process. I feel that Erinn is very honest and ethical--she has her clients' best interests at heart, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and professional realtor.

Erinn sold our old house in record time and helped us purchase our new house. She always made herself available to the numerous homes I wanted to look at and was very knowledgeable on comps in the area. She was very easy to work with, very personable and professional.

My husband and I met Erinn while she was hosting an open house. We weren't even looking for an agent at the time but we immediately knew that she would be the perfect agent for us. She is patient, honest, knowledgeable, organized, and most importantly, a quick responder. We are two very busy parents who both work full time and would sometimes send quick emails to her in the evenings, requesting showings for the next day! Erinn would always make it work. She knew we had a long distance to drive from our home to the area that we were hoping to purchase a home and would set up an entire day of touring, always at our convenience. Our children thought she was a new family member and I think that statement speaks volumes. We are so happy to have worked with her.
