Erinn Millar

Bay Area native Erinn Millar started her real estate career over 20 years ago. Working for a luxury home builder, she had the opportunity to learn construction from the ground up. She passionately shows others how property can be their greatest asset and a tool they can use to generate income, accrue generational wealth, and get the life they want.

In the highly competitive Bay Area, having the resources to purchase a home simply isn't enough to guarantee you'll get the one you want. Erinn's tenacity, quick action, and knowledge of off-market properties has helped her clients identify and successfully negotiate the right property. Given the complexities of the market, her creative solutions and understanding of city and county building restrictions have also saved her clients time so they could focus on the best opportunities.

Since purchasing her first Marin home at age 28, Erinn has accumulated extensive personal experience in real estate. Her parents instilled a strong DIY acumen, so after remodeling that, she went on to purchase rentals, work with new construction in and out of state, and renovate properties. Her experiences led her to become a Certified Residential Specialist and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She's interested in forming teams and utilizing technology to improve each client's buying or selling experience.

Erinn is focused on helping people find and secure homes. She contributes a portion of each sale toward lifting Guatemalan villages out of poverty. She served on the advisory board for Home for a Home and looks forward to the next homebuilding trip. Stateside, Erinn is a regular contributor to Habitat for Humanity.
