Eriqueca really helped me gauge the market and explained the paperwork and its purpose, the homebuying process, and gave great advice on the market at a time when the market was very aggressive. I recently had more issues after the fact, not quite pertaining to the deal but a paperwork mix-up, which she also helped me navigate demonstrating a professional dedication that I think was above and beyond.

Eriqueca was/still is absolutely amazing. She helped me out when I was a first time homebuyer. She is knowledgeable and works incredibly hard. I know she's batting hard in my corner which is why when looking for a new home with my expanding family, I utilized her services once again. I have no doubt this woman will get home owners the house they want and I will not hesitate to recommend her to others. If I were to move again or want to make another purchase, she's who I would call.

All I can say is an angel sent! I worked with her as well as her husband who happened to be my lender, when I say amazing experience from start to finish I mean AMAZING… I started my home looking journey with someone else originally and We were 6 months in going on 7 with no exception to any of my offers and I submitted many. Once I made the decision that she was not the realtor for me I found Eriqueca and her husband St.Mark who is absolutely the mortgage saint and I could not have been any more lucky or blessed! She has always been honest and straight forward with me! She never had to ask for my trust she made me feel more than comfortable to give it. I rested easy knowing she was in my corner I trusted her and her guidance and within a month had an offer excepted and that same offer approved and received my keys today.. I would absolutely recommend her to any and everyone she has been amazing!

I was referred to Eriqueca from a good friend and coworker of mine, and I'm grateful for that. As a person very new into the entire process of buying a home, Eriqueca has been fantastic in teaching me everything I needed to know about it. My boyfriend and I were new to the home buying experience and unsure of what to expect. When we first met with Eriqueca she had a specialized packet for us detailing every aspect of the home buying process. She was very thorough and patient answering all our questions before moving on. She consistently sent us available properties to browse and when we’d go see one, she was very knowledgeable, able to answer the majority of the questions we had. Before we left she made sure we knew all the pros and cons of the property making sure to find the right fit for us. Once we were ready to buy she was with us every step of the way, dealing with the nitty gritty of purchasing a home. Throughout the whole process Eriqueca was incredibly helpful, compassionate, and genuine, we always felt like she was on our team, going out of her way for us. She made buying a home less stressful and when the time comes we will definitely use Eriqueca as our realtor again!

Eriqueca Sanders is an amazing realtor, her determination and confidence kept me going to pursue my dreams of finding a house. She was willing to stay on call 24/7 if I needed to ask any questions and went out of her way to show me last minute viewings of houses (thanks to that I got the house I currently bought and enjoy). I recently relocated to another State, selling my home in Colorado. The Agent I was originally working with had the Listing for approx. 3wks, with very little buyer interest. I knew I was in an area of high demand and there was no reason for the lack of interest except the Agent not doing his job properly. He wanted me to lower the price to make it move. Again, I didn't feel this was needed. I ultimately ended that relationship and hired Eriqueca. Within 48 hrs, she had a photographer at my home taking pictures. Re-Listed it under her company and within 30 min I had a showing, then an offer. By the next day, I had 9 showings and 4 offers. Bidding war with offers coming in at 15,000 more than asking. SHE IS AMAZING!
Her attention to detail and real time communication is exceptional. You will not be blindsided or uninformed of what's going on or your options. I could definitely go on and on about this lady. But I would simply end by saying, You would be doing yourself a disservice if you went with anyone else. A Rockstar!!!

As a first time home owner, I am so lucky to have had Eriqueca. She was incredibly professional, communicative, and patient with my millions of questions. However, to me the most impressive thing was how she went above and beyond to ensure my closing was successful. The seller I bought from was being incredibly difficult while my lender was being simultaneously lackadaisical, so I was extremely stressed I would lose the home. Thankfully Eriqueca put the pressure on my lender to "make it happen", and I was able to successfully close!
