I’ve had the pleasure of using the realty services of Mr. Caston to sell two of my rental properties. Mr Caston was professional and courteous. Mr. Caston did a walk through of the properties after which we sat down and discussed how the process would work from beginning to end. Mr. Caston explained the pros and cons of making little repairs to the properties. If you want a realtor that takes to time to respond to you in a timely manner, one that will explain the process of buying/selling property and one that is very knowledgeable in real-estate, Ernest Caston is the realtor for you.

(PMR) Premier Midwest Realty, Inc, has a Broker by the name of Ernest Caston, he has set the bar to it's highest degree of professional client services. Initially, I had two agents and one attorney who could and did not meet the expectations needed to execute three potential real estate transactions.

Through these very challenging set of circumstances, I confidently reached out for referrals from CHASE Bank, Loan Officer Mr. Olu. He thereafter, made two exceptional recommendations for: PMR Broker Ernest Caston and Real Estate Attorney: Christopher A. Weinum Esq.

We collectively, had to dig our heels in to recapture the momentum lost.
Our continued journey led to: Blue Island, South Holland, Oak Lawn, Beverly and Evergreen Park.

Our colorful journey, has not been for the faint at heart, All awhile, Ernest has stood the test of time, demonstrating all the knowledge, patience, compassion and real estate negotiation skill "know-how" to get the deals closed. To this day we have purchased one and sold one.
