Ernest is the best real estate agent in the Bay Area. When we were looking for a house our son was around 12 months old which means that sometimes we had to cancel last minute or we would arrive late. That was not a problem for Ernest because he understood our situation and he was flexible. Also, he would always give us his de sincere opinion and would never push us to do anything we didn’t want to do like other agents do. We were very lucky to have found Ernest.

Best Realtor Ever! We used Ernest to sell and purchase a home in July and November and I am so glad we did!

My fiance, sister and I purchased a duplex in Alameda and I can't believe we actually own it now! In October I saw the listing, sent it to Ernest immediately. As soon as we walked in, I told Ernest I want the house. We are a fairly young group with not a huge income, but we were able to get our offer accepted. We went up against cash offers with no contingencies, and we were not. With a lot of great negotiating and hard work from Ernest we are now proud Alamedians.

I was very pleased by Mr Ernest Villafranca's skill and professionalism as my realtor. During the recent sale of my rental property he handled the entire transaction smoothly and efficiently. He was adept negotiating fair prices and terms, and the sale was done in a timely manner with no difficulties. Mr. Villafranca's bilingual skills were especially key in enabling the sale. Great Broker Price Opinion (BPO). My ex-wife was in a tight spot, and Ernest was very helpful to determine the price of the home. He really knows the East Bay market very well.
I have known Ernest for many years – I owned a tax preparation business in the Bay Area before moving to LA, and we worked together helping the local community understand their options regarding homeownership (in a complex market like the Bay Area) and the tax implications.

Have known Ernest for many years since we worked together at a previous employer in Richmond, CA. When I moved from the Bay Area to the L.A. area I needed to sell my El Sobrante condo. Ernest was most helpful with the moving, with the clean-up of the house and with preparing it for sale. After it went on the market, he helped with everything that needed to be done for the completion of the sale. I did not have to travel to the Bay Area; he was kind enough to prepare all needed work including dealing with the Homeowner's Association.
Ernest is professional, friendly and thorough. I recommend him with no reservations.

Ernest provided extraordinary expertise, support and friendship while we prepared our house for sale, put it on the market, and sold it. He dug up resources to solve logistical problems, provided calming and rational advice on what was essential to fix in order to sell our house, and got us the price we wanted. Selling a house is always a complex, and sometimes stressful experience, and Ernest was there for us through every glitch and bump in the road.
