I’m simply amazed our home had an offer after being on the market with Remax10 for only three days. Tina Preciado and Kassandra were so helpful and accommodating! It was a great pleasure working with both of them. I can’t sing there praises enough!!! I can’t cry over spilt milk but I wish I signed with them back in September when I first put the house on the market! I may have avoided so much stress.

Tina and Kassy are very friendly and make you feel comfortable through the process. There is a lot of information to take in when buying a house. Tina gives a good idea of general steps and whenever I had questions she answered them fully, or if it was a broker question she would jump on getting a response right away. Tina and kassy have a good team behind them. We were shopping in the seller's market of early 2021 with all the disadvantages of homebuying (FHA, requesting closing costs, about to have our 3rd baby) and we would get frustrated at losing bids but Tina encouraged us that we would find the right seller on the right house and we did! My recommendation would be to take the Homebuyer class early on so you understand the process better. And if you are working with a bilingual lawyer because you or your co-buyer don't speak English well, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE LAWYER TRANSLATE any and ALL English phrases and terms she uses at closing. They are important to know and the lawyer sometimes skips too fast or mixes English with the Spanish and it leaves you without understanding fully what you are signing. Our lawyer did this to my husband but luckily I used to be a translator so I made her slow down so he could understand fully. Don't let them rush you at closing and ASK QUESTIONS until you understand. Kassy and Tina were there to support us and it helped a lot!
