Ervin’s passion for Real Estate evolved back in 2014 when he purchased his first “fixer-upper” with his wife in the Edgewood section of Cranston. “I was intrigued by the entire process and the joy of becoming a homeowner was one of the most gratifying experiences.” The realization of helping people navigate through one of their biggest investments of their lives was fascinating.
Prior to Real Estate, Ervin worked in Supply Chain where he acquired skills such as Negotiation, Problem-Solving, Communication, and Knowledge of purchasing process, which brings immense value in the Real Estate world. This business knowledge along with his passion for helping others pushed Ervin to make the transition into Real Estate full-time.
He specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first timers, trying to score that perfect distressed property for investors, or providing help in the luxury market, he knows what it takes to get the job done. More importantly he understands that “no two transactions are alike” and that is why every meeting with a potential client is approached with an open mind allowing him to listen and formulate a plan that suits every client’s needs. “Quality over Quantity” is his approach so you will always get luxury service regardless of the price point.
As a non-native, Ervin is a huge fan of Rhode Island. He landed in the Ocean State a little over 20 years ago, with the last 12 years residing in the historic Pawtuxet Village with his wife and two energetic sons.
When he is not helping buyers or sellers, Ervin enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach in the summer, snowboarding in the winter or simply just taking small walks around the beautiful streets of Edgewood and is a frequent guest to one of Pawtuxet Village’s finest establishments such as Basta, Beans-and-Buns, Revolution, and O’Rourke’s. Ervin is also a big DIY enthusiast and enjoys building things from outdoor furniture to entertainment centers or even decks and is always looking for the next DIY build idea.
