Esteban is amazing. I felt like I was extremely picky but he made sure I didn’t feel overbearing. Of course, I had to start looking for a house during this crazy housing time. Looked at tons of houses and also TRIED to look at several more. Esteban was patient and sent me houses that fit my criteria and didn’t hesitate to look at houses that’d caught my eye. We found that perfect house for me and even if this isn’t my forever home (first house), I’ll definitely be using Esteban and team for my future housing needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. Thanks!

I knew very little going into the home buying process and knew I would need a realtor who was knowledgeable, a good communicator, and willing deal with the many questions I knew I'd have. I don't have enough words to describe how awesome Esteban was as our realtor. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. As first time home buyers we had very little knowledge on the process of purchasing a house. Esteban went above and beyond to answer any and all questions/concerns we had. He was always on top of getting us into showings and keeping us up to date on listings we were interested in. I would recommend him to anybody interested in buying or selling a home. We truly had a wonderful experience.

Esteban will make it happen! He doesn't just help you through the home buying process he goes through the process with you; feeling all the feels along the way. In the current market... nothing is easy, but Esteban and his partner were never the cause of any frustration. They make themselves available (even if they should be taking a work break!). Super responsive and will not pressure you to take something you do not love. Knows what to look for in a house and will be completely honest with you. 10/10 would buy a house through again.
