About Estelle

Estelle Dichazi, broker/owner of WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Realty Extra , first opened the office following extensive field experience as a sales associate. She and her husband, John Dichazi, who is business manager of WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Realty Extra were long-time property investors and sellers before leaving their respective careers for full-time real estate. He was a builder for many years, and she was a 25-year commercial banker and executive vice president in New York City, working with high net worth individuals in real estate.
Estelle is well known in the community as a real estate professional, and also for her work as a women's advocate. She is active with the nonprofit Suncoast Humane Society which serves the needs of animals and their families Sarasota and Charlotte counties. Estelle says, "We have something for everyone whatever your interests are. This area is renowned for its beaches, boating and fishing, golfing, restaurants and wildlife."
