Esther Eddy

Esther Eddy has lived in TN for 30 years. Having grown up in Franklin and lived in Murfreesboro, Nashville, Spring Hill, and now residing in Thompsons Station, Esther is an expert in the Southern Middle Tennessee area. Esther comes from a big family and speaks Spanish fluently giving her a unique niche to help an underserved community. In her early career, a passion for helping people led her to pursue a degree from MTSU in Social Work. After graduating, Esther started in the real estate sector as a Business Development Specialist for the Tennessee Housing Development Agency. As a specialist for THDA, she traveled across the state teaching realtors and mortgage lenders about the different programs available to first time home buyers. After working with THDA for 6 years, Esther collaborated with a local appraiser gaining a better understanding of the middle TN market.

Esther then got her real estate license so that she could work directly with home buyers. Over the last 5 years, her and her husband Robert have teamed up to help over sixty families. Esther prides herself in being part of each of her clients dream home experience. One of the most important things Esther strives for with each client is open and complete communication throughout the real estate transaction.
